What step do you think Congress should take next regarding health care reform?
We need this reform now — the president and Democratic legislators should do whatever is necessary to pass it. The proposed legislation is still flawed — Republicans in Congress need to stop it in its tracks. Both sides need to take a step back, scrap the current proposal and start from scratch.

Do you think alleged terrorists should be granted criminal trials in U.S. civilian courts?
Yes, because they should receive the same due process as any other person charged with a crime. No, because their "alleged crimes" are actually acts of war. After Sept. 11, 2001, I can't believe people actually need to ask this question.

Do you favor Lewistown Borough forming its own police department?
