Theft - July 2 - Police said they arrested Daniel A. Wagner, of Lewistown, after Wagner was seen walking out of the Lewistown Walmart with two air conditioners without paying. According to a report, charges have been filed through Magisterial District Judge Jack Miller's office.

Simple assault - 8:24 a.m. - Aug. 4 - Police said a 38-year-old male, of McAlisterville, allegedly hit a 35-year-old woman, of McAlisterville, with a closed fist about six times in the back of the head, left forearm and left shin area. According to a report, it was also discovered that the male had broken a glass cabinet in the kitchen of the residence as well as a door to a bedroom inside the residence along Leister Valley Road, McAlisterville. Police said charges were filed for simple assault and harassment through Magisterial District Judge Barbara M. Lyter's office.
Public drunkenness - 11:29 p.m. - Aug. 8 - Police said Chad Joseph Fultz, 38, of Milroy, was intoxicated standing in the middle of the intersection of Center Street and College Avenue, Armagh Township, and he was sending a text message. According to a report, he was arrested and housed in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility on an unrelated warrant. Police said charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Tammy Hunter's office.
