DUI crash - 11:05 - June 27 - Police said a 28-year-old Mifflintown man was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed his car on state Route 35 near state Route 3002 in Fermanagh Township. According to a report, the male was taken to Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital where a blood test was conducted. Charges are pending upon the blood test results.
DUI - 10:12 a.m. - July 4 - Police said Orlando Crespo, 45, of Mifflintown, was seen driving erratically along state Route 22 near Weis Markets, Fermanagh Township. According to a report, police found him to be under the influence of alcohol and driving during a DUI suspension. Police said Crespo will be charged with DUI and other traffic violations.
Disorderly conduct - 9:36 p.m. - July 14 - Police said Maria Rodriguez, 37, of Main Street, Mifflin, Regina Reiter, 27, of Licking Street, Mifflin, and a 14-year-old male, of Mifflin, were arguing over the way a vehicle was being driven in the area of 100 to 106 Licking Street, Mifflin Borough. According to a report, the argument escalated to yelling, screaming and name calling which resulted in all three being charged with disorderly conduct through Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline T. Leister's office.
