Accident - 5:05 p.m. - June 7 - Police said a Pontiac driven by Nicole Barcelona, 22, of Mount Union, was hit by an older model blue Hyundai that fled the scene at the intersection of North Jefferson nd West Shirley streets in Mount Union.
Criminal trespass - 1:45 a.m. - June 8 - Police said they saw several individuals riding four-wheelers along the railroad tracks in Mount Union that are owned and operated by Norfolk Southern. According to a report, police stopped and identified one of the individuals as Steven Kershaw, 34, of McVeytown, who was found to be intoxicated. Police said Kershaw was cited for criminal trespass and public drunkenness.
Domestic disturbance - 1:12 p.m. - June 8 - Police said a violation of a court order was reported to police and it was determined that Corey Dixon, 37, of Mount Union, violated the order by having unlawful contact with the plaintiff. According to a report, police have filed charges of criminal contempt against Dixon and currently have a warrant for his arrest. Anyone with information about Dixon's whereabouts is asked to call police at (814) 542-8822.

Failure to comply with sexual offender registration - May 29 - Police said they received information from the Juniata County Probation Department regarding Onyx Mojica, a registered sexual offender and is considered a sexually violent predator. According to a report, Mojica obtained employment on May 26 and failed to notify the state police within three business days as required by law. Police said Mojica also failed to appear for four state-mandated counseling sessions between April 7 and June 9. According to a report, Mojica was charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements, a second-degree felony, and failure to comply with registration requirements counseling, a fisrt-degree misdemeanor. Police said Mojica was placed in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.
