To the person who is getting a chuckle out of all the Democrats running for governor, you will get a big chuckle when your next governor will be a Democrat.
Our school board is just like our government, tax and spend.
How nice it would be if all the slack-pants suits women wear were burned, then women could dress like ladies.
Regarding property taxes, why doesn't someone take a petition around and take it to the school board meeting and have a rally? Get a lot of people together.
I think it's time we do something about the school board raising taxes. People on fixed incomes can't afford this. I wish the people would get together and do something about it.
I have a comment on raising the minimum wage ... If you go up to $2 or $3 you're going to put people out of work, you're making the economy so high you won't be able to buy a loaf of bread. Nobody says about the Social Security going up. If you raise the minimum wage $3 your basic supplies go up at least 25 percent. People who worked all their life and are on Social Security and maybe a small pension and you're going to expect them to pay for stuff. You don't think of the elderly at all.
I wonder what kind of award the Kennedy Center is going to give Obama for creating a $1 trillion deficit?
