LEWISTOWN - Century 21 Above and Beyond in Mifflintown and several of its agents have been recognized with service awards through Century 21's quality program.
There are four categories for the awards, which are given based on customer feedback: quality service producer; quality service team; quality service office; and quality service pinnacle.
Century 21 Above and Beyond has received the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for having a satisfaction rating of 95 percent from customers between Jan. 1, 2012, and Jan. 3, 2014.

Five agents from Century 21 Above and Beyond in Mifflintown have received individual customer service awards. They are, from left, Jay Whistler III, Judy Spece-Wright, Ashley Kline, Kristen Graybill and Tonya Morrison.
Judy Spece-Wright received an individual Quality Service Pinnacle Award for a 95 percent satisfaction rating for the same time period. Spece-Wright also earned the Masters Ruby Award, which is an honor given to sales associates in the Century 21 system based on sales and commission statistics.
Ashley Kline and Jay Whistler III earned the Quality Service Producer award for their service. This award is given for a 90 percent overall score from satisfied customers over the two-year period.
Tonya Morrison and Kristen Graybill also were recognized.
