Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown
Theft - 4 p.m., Feb. 28 - 9 a.m., March 1 - Police said about 300 gallons of heating fuel was stolen from St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, state Route 3002, Walker Township, Juniata County. According to the report, the fuel was in a tank along the back side of the church and it was full. Police said a vehicle backed up to the tank and the fuel was stolen. According to the report, the investigation continues. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call police at 320-1010.
Disorderly conduct - 2:30 p.m. - March 6 - Police said Cherie Lee Berrier, 49, broke a window out of a vehicle she owned at her residence. According to the report, Berrier than drove another vehicle up and down her driveway at high speed while another person was attempting to get the keys out of the vehicle. Police said Berrier hit a fence and tree on her property. The report states that Berrier was charged with a summary violation of disorderly conduct.
DUI - 2:06 a.m. - March 8 - Police said they saw a blue pickup truck weaving on the road and observed the vehicle hit the curb on the right side of the road. According to the report, a traffic stop was conducted. Police said after further investigation the 32-year-old male driver, of Lewistown, was taken into police custody for DUI. According to the report, charges are pending the blood test results.
Crash - 6:30 p.m. - March 7 - Police said Hank E. Moore, 16, of Honey Grove, was driving a 1996 Ford Explorer north on state Route 35 when he drifted to the eastern edge of the road and hit Christopher M. Jipson, 28, of Rebersburg, who was walking north along the east berm of the road. According to the report, after hitting Jipson, Moore pulled over to the side of the road. Police said Moore and his passenger, Savannah Wood, 15, of Mifflin, were wearing their seatbelts and were not injured in the crash. Police said Jipson suffered moderate injury and was transported to the hospital for treatment. According to the report, Moore was charged with careless driving.
Hit and run - 12 a.m. - March 9 - Police said someone hit/sideswiped a parked vehicle owned by Brian Baker, of Mifflintown, on South Main Street, Mifflintown. According to the report, witnesses report that the vehicle was possibly a white Subaru. Police said the vehicle will have passenger side damage. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 320-1010.

Propulsion of missiles onto a roadway - 9:59 p.m. - March 7 - Police said five juveniles, ranging in age from 14 to 16, were throwing snowballs at passing vehicles onto Sunbury Street, Millerstown. According to the report, one snowball hit the side of a vehicle belonging to Cindy Lee Benner, 44, of Millerstown.
