LEWISTOWN - Mark D. Haller, 50, of Lewistown, died on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at his home.
Born on Sept. 28, 1963, in Lewistown, he was a son of George A. Haller Jr., of Burnham, and Shirley K. (Krick) Haller, of Lewistown.
In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by: his children, Patrick Shultz and wife, Lenette, of Mechanicsburg, Kayla Clark and husband, Russell, of Montana, and Ryan Haller and wife, Tina, of Milroy; three grandchildren, Adrian and Alex Haller and Parker Clark; and his sister, Teri Palmer and husband, Keith, of Kingsville, Ohio.
Mark was a 1982 graduate of Chief Logan High School and a graduate of Shippensburg University.
Early in life he worked at Radio Shack, Cobles Foods, Barefoot Shoe Repair and then in maintenance at Ohesson Manor. Lastly, he was the assistant manager of the Uni-Mart on S. Main St., Lewistown.
He was a member of Holy Communion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Mark enjoyed playing bass guitar and had played for Sundown. He loved his Steelers.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, at Holy Communion Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Gary Roth officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, at the church. Interment will take place in Mount Rock Cemetery.
