LEWISTOWN - Charges were bound over to court at a recent preliminary hearing for a man charged with exposing himself to a 6- and 7-year-old girl.
John Mead, 50, is charged with two counts of corruption of minors and indecent exposure, as well as one count of indecent assault.
Mifflin County District Attorney Dave Molek said both of the girls testified at the preliminary hearing held at Magisterial District Judge Aaron Gingrich's office.
According to court documents, Mead not only exposed himself to the girls, he touched one of them in an inappropriate manner.
Mead is represented by Chris Torquato. A formal arraignment is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 15 and Mead remains incarcerated in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail.
