LEWISTOWN - A memorial service will be held for David K. Forsythe Jr. at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Pine Glenn Church of the Brethren, 87 Pine Glenn Road, Lewistown.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in David's memory be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
