REEDSVILLE - Mark A. Mitchell Sr., of 205 Manns Narrows, Reedsville, died at 5:15 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at the Lewistown Hospital.
He was born on Nov. 25, 1953, in Lewistown, a son of S. Frank Mitchell, of Dry Valley, and Betty (Aurand) Mitchell Lawhead, of Reedsville.
He is survived by: children, Mark A. Mitchell Jr. and wife, Faith, of York, Stephen W. Mitchell and wife, Brenda, of Mechanicsburg, and Timothy R. Mitchell and wife, Shawna, of Burnham; siblings, Sally Mitchell, of Carson City, Nev., Sandra Knapik, of Coburn, Sue Ann Sherwood, of Lewistown, Sharon Gentry, of Mesa, Ariz., and Cindy Beckenbaugh, of Lewistown; and grandchildren, Jaiden, Benjamin, Nathan, Kyla, Kassidy, Nicholas, Riley, Meghan and Dillon.

Mark was preceded in death by his twin sister Susan Mitchell.
He was a truck driver by profession.
A celebration of Mark's life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at his mother's residence, 205 Manns Narrows, Reedsville.
