Samantha McCoy, of McVeytown, and Robert Smith, of Burnham, are engaged to be married on Sept. 28, 2013, at the C. Barton McCann School of Art.
She is the daughter of Terri and Patrick McCoy, of McVeytown.
She is a 2008 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and expects to graduate in May from the Pennsylvania State University.
