LEWISTOWN - The National Weather Service in State College has issued a winter storm warning for the Juniata Valley beginning this morning and lasting until 7 a.m. Thursday.
According to the National Weather Service, three to four inches of snow is expected during the day Wednesday with an additional one to two inches of snow possible through the evening. There is a strong possibility that the precipitation Wednesday evening will change to freezing rain or sleet.
