MOUNT UNION - An 18-year-old was charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors Wednesday after sending an obscene photograph of himself to a juvenile female, Mount Union Police Department reports.
Police said Kenneth O. Simmons III, 18, of Mount Union, was charged after he sent the obscene photo to a 15-year-old female on Tuesday on Shirley Street in Mount Union.
Police said the charges include felony charges of corruption of minors and dissemination of sexual material to a minor and misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and harassment.
Police said the charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Mary G. Jamison's office.
