POTTSTOWN - John Marlin Wagner, 77, of Pottstown, formerly of Mifflin County, passed away on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at his home.
Born in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Roland and Beulah (Finkle) Wagner.
John owned State Street Tavern, in Pottstown, and was known by his family and friends as "Johnny Wag." He retired from Mrs. Smith Pie Company after working there for more than 25 years. John also enjoyed collecting and restoring antiques.
Surviving are: children, Lisa Melton, Luann Kenepp, L. B. Wagner, and Larry Wagner; step- daughter, Patricia Query; his sister, Joyce Corbin; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services and interment are private.
