LEWISTOWN - A disturbance call on South Pine Street in Lewistown resulted in four people being charged, Lewistown Police Department reports.
Police said at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, they responded to South Pine Street for a reported domestic disturbance.
Police said officers found Dylan Marshall, 19, standing over another male who appeared to have injuries on his face.
According to the report, as officers were interviewing Marshall he became belligerent and proceeded to assault the officers.
Police said Marshall resisted arrest but was finally handcuffed and taken into custody.
Officers contacted Fame EMS to transport the injured man to Lewistown Hospital, the report states
According to the report while at the scene, officers saw Michelle Ruby, 40, Lewistown, slap another female; Ruby was charged with harassment.
Police said Marshall was arrested for aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and under age consumption of alcohol. Marshall was transported to the Mifflin County Correctional Facility and held pending arraignment.
Sherry Marshall, 40, of Lewistown, was arrested for simple assault and harassment, police said.
William Ruby, 43, of Lewistown, was arrested for simple assault and harassment, police said.
