Christine Black, of McVeytown, and Jeffrey Hayes, of Lewistown, are engaged to be married in the spring of 2013.
She is the daughter of the late William Black Jr., and Loreen Black, of McVeytown. She is a 2003 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and a 2007 graduate at Lock Haven University. She received a master's degree from Temple University in 2010. She is employed as a child and family therapist at Northwestern Human Services.
He is the son of Deb and Steve Hayes, of Lewistown. He is a 2003 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 2007 graduate of Juniata College. He is employed as a financial advisor at Kish Financial Solutions.
