LEWISTOWN - Lewistown Borough Police arrested Kenneth B. Queen Sr., 50, on Sunday and charged him with rape and other related offenses.
Police said a woman reported she was sexually assaulted by Queen around noon at his residence on Sunday.
Queen was placed in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled.
