McCLURE - Melissa A. McMahon, 46, of McClure, died at 10:10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at her home, after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 21, 1966, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Larry and Sonya (Shirey) Stull.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by: her husband, Eric McMahon, whom she married on Oct. 23, 1999; her son, Richard Romig and fiancee, Rita, of McClure; stepdaughter, Megan McMahon, of Lewistown; siblings, Laurie Romig and husband, Jeff, of Lewistown, Scott Stull, of Reedsville, and Michelle Bleyer, of Lewistown; granddaughter, Jana Romig; and in-laws, Richard and Betty McMahon.

Melissa was a 1984 graduate of Lewistown High School. She worked as a customer service representative at Juniata Valley Bank and was a member of Touring Friends.
She loved spending time with family and friends and was such a joy to be around.
Melissa liked decorating, crafts, hunting, riding her Harley. She loved gardening and working in her yard.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Thomas Wright officiating.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Juniata Memorial Park.
