Monica Marcello and Scott Watkin are engaged to be married on Dec. 31, 2012, in Kauai, Hawaii.
She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Tuttle, of Montgomery, Texas. She completed her master's degrees in communication sciences and disorders from Baylor University and works for Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
He is the son of Thomas and Emma Watkin, of McAlisterville. He graduated from East Juniata High School and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, with a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree in bio-molecular and chemical engineering. He is employed as a chemical engineer with ExxonMobile in Houston, Texas.
