Miriam Powell, left, executive director of the Pennsylvania Pink Zone and Lewistown Hospital President and CEO Kay Hamilton cut a pink ribbon Friday, kicking off the fundraising efforts of the Pennsylvania Pink Zone. The Breast Care Center at the hospital is once again a beneficiary of the Pink Zone’s annual WBCA Pink Zone Lady Lion’s basketball game in February. The Pennsylvania Pink Zone and Penn State Lady Lion Basketball are a unified force in the fight against breast cancer on the court, across campus, and within communities.
