THREE SPRINGS - Angela (Hamman) Cook, 32, of 21630 Shore Valley Rd., Three Springs, died on Thursday morning, Sept. 20, 2012, at home surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Cook was born on Aug. 5, 1980, in Huntingdon, a daughter of Edsel and Vicki (McKinney) Hamman, of Three Springs.
She married Joseph L. Cook on April 22, 2006, at Singer's Gap Methodist Church, Hill Valley. He survives at their home along with three children, Tristan Hamman, Alex Cook, and Emma Cook.
Also surviving are: siblings,Jeremy Hamman Sr., of Mount Union, and Alicia Hamman, of Three Springs; maternal grandparents, Carole Hazlett, of Allensville, and Wayne and Dora McKinney, of Mapleton; father and mother-in-law, Jerry and Virginia Holmes, of Magnolia, Miss.; brother-in-law, James Cook, of Cassville; sister-in-law Angela Holmes, of Magnolia, Miss.; and niece and nephew, Jeremy Hamman Jr. and and Lilliana Hamman.
Mrs. Cook had been employed for several years at Bonney Forge, Mount Union.
She graduated from Southern Huntingdon Area High School and Dubois Business College, Huntingdon.
She was very active in 4-H, including raising show animals and being a show leader for the Pork Pizzazz 4-H club. She was also actively involved in the Relay for Life, at both Southern Huntingdon and Mount Union relays. She enjoyed cake decorating and scrap-booking.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at the Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, Mount Union, with Pastors Dave Purdy and Sean Moon officiating. Interment will be in Bowman's Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6 to 9 p.m., and after 9 a.m. on Monday, until the hour of the service.
