Emili Grabill, formerly of Belleville, and Ryan Combest, of Colorado Springs, Col., were married on May 26, 2012, at the United States Air Force Academy Chapel in Colorado Springs, Col.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Staci Grabill, of Larkspur, Col., formerly of Belleville. The groom is the son of Rod and Julie Combest, of Colorado Springs, Col.

Danielle Peachey, of McVeytown, was the matron of honor.

The best man was Kyle Combest, of Atlanta, Ga., brother of the groom.

Bridesmaids were: Brittney Grabill of Fayetteville, N.C., sister-in-law of the bride; Kristin Bishop. of Hartford, Conn., sister of the groom; Lindsey Combest, of Colorado Springs, Col., sister of the groom; and Lt. Samantha Teague, of Mississippi.

The flower girls were Georgia Bishop and Beatrice Bishop, of Hartford, Conn., nieces of the groom.

Ushers were Lt. Adam Grabill, of Fayetteville, N.C., brother of the bride (deployed in Afghanistan); Jon Bishop, of Hartford, Conn., brother-in-law of the groom; Blake Cataldo, of Baltimore, Md.; Cadet Ben Fischl, of Green Bay, Wisc.; Lt. Curtis Christensen, of Albuquerque, N.M.; and Lt. Scott Bradley, of Del Rio, Texas.

Saber bearers included Lt. Eric Lewandowski, of Colorado Springs, Col.; Lt. Andy Haus, of Washington, D.C.; Lt. Robbie Kunkle, of Enid, Okla.; Lt. Kip Weaver, of Memphis, Tenn.; Cadet Gavin Mills, of Powell, Wyo.; Lt. Sam Johnson, of Watertown, S.D.; Lt. Ryan Rogl, of Colorado Springs, Col.; and Lt. Nolan Sweeney, of Los Angeles, Calif.

The Rev. Aaron Stern performed the ceremony that also included: Rev. Jim Bollinger, of Lexington, Va., giving the Meditation; Dr. Joseph Galema as organist; Olivia and Blake Cataldo, Charity Kauffman, of Belleville, and Lt. Curtis Christensen, as vocalists; and Lt. Courtney Pinkerton, of Pensacola, Fla., and Cadet Sarah Nickish, of Bozman, Mont., as guestbook attendants.

A reception followed at the Briarhurst Manor Estate in Manitou Springs, Col.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Belleville Mennonite High School and a 2012 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. She is employed as a second lieutenant force support officer at Langley Air Force Base, Va.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Rampart High School and a 2011 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is employed as a second lieutenant civil engineer officer at Langley Air Force Base, Va.

Following a wedding trip to the Canary Islands, they live at Langley Air Force Base, Va.
