MIFFLINTOWN - A Mifflintown man accused of inappropriately touching a 10-year-old girl sometime between Oct. 1, 2010, and June 14, 2012 at a residence located in Fermanagh Township, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to five counts of indecent assault.
Roy Clarke, 57, of Mifflintown, pleaded guilty to the above charges and charges of aggravated indecent assault and harassment were dismissed.
Clarke remains free on $50,000 bail and a sentencing date has yet to be scheduled.
