LEWISTOWN - On Monday, 32-year-old Justin W. Young of Lewistown was charged with multiple offenses stemming from the alleged repeated sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl, according to court documents filed at Magisterial District Judge Jack Miller's office.
Lewistown Police Department said in court documents that the alleged victim reported the abuse to her mother, who then told the authorities.
Young has been charged with multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Young remains inncarcerated in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
