Megan Weiand and William Richard III, both of Lewistown, are engaged to be married on May 25, 2013, at Brookmere Winery in Belleville.
She is the daughter of Stacy Long, of Lewistown, and Gary R. Weiand, of McClure. She is a 2007 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 2012 graduate of South Hills School of Business and Technology. She is employed as a sonographer at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill.
He is the son of Ellen Richard, of Lewistown. He is a 2004 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and served four years on the U.S. Army Bomb Squad. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting at Penn State Harrisburg Campus.
