To the editor:
The Obama political machine and his minions have turned our political process into what is reminiscent of third world dictators in fascist and communist countries.
Speak out against the powers that be and you are likely to be arrested on some trumped up charge, lose your job, have your property confiscated, have your family threatened, and even put your life at risk. Forget about freedom of speech, religion, association, property rights, and due process.
Those who believe that it cannot happen here are fooling themselves. Evidence that it is happening now is everywhere.
Mitt Romney is being accused of directly contributing to the death of someones wife, cheating on his taxes, not giving a hoot for the poor and committing a felony. In character with the liberal socialist playbook of personal attacks, charges are fabricated (falsely) to discredit your opposition.
The left's tactics should be repugnant to all Americans. If you are not repulsed by such devices you are part of the problem. If 45 percent of the voting public still clings to the Democrat Party's corrupt political philosophy this county is in grave danger. Have we as a nation become morally bankrupt? If we follow the same course as we are presently, it will not be long (as early as 2014) before we are financially bankrupt.
If you think it cannot get any worse, just wait until (God forbid) Barack Hussein Obama is reelected.
