Deborah ‘Dynamite’ Fleming

LEWISTOWN - Deborah "Dynamite" Fleming, 57, of 19 Goss Terrace, Lewistown, formerly of Mount Union, died unexpectedly at 9:23 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, after an auto accident near Orbisonia.

Born May 29, 1955, she was the daughter of Mary (Fleming) Himes, of Orbisonia, and the late Arthur Fisher.

She is survived by: two children, Stacy L. Cross and husband, Joe, of McVeytown, and Shane R. Brant, of Erie; three grandchildren, Kachira Cross, Derick Cross and Alexandra Brant; and two brothers, Jay Fisher, of Mount Union, and Jeff Fisher, of Alaska.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Colleen Fisher.

Mrs. Fleming worked for 24 years at both Mifflintown and Mount Union Empire Kosher plants.

She attended the Mount Union schools.

Mrs. Fleming loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at the Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, Mount Union, with the Rev. Gordon Ross officiating.

There will be no public viewing or visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, 61 E. Shirley St, Mount Union, PA 17066, to help defray funeral expenses.
