BELLEVILLE - Anna J. Yingling, 87, of Belleville, died at 2:15 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Lewistown Hospital.
Born Jan. 4, 1925, in Milroy, she was the daughter of the late Hill W. and Minnie E. (Shirk) Yingling.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Homer H. Yingling.
Anna retired from the American Viscose Corporation.
She was a member of Milroy United Methodist Church, Milroy American Legion Auxiliary Post 287, Milroy Fire Co. and was an assistant ambulance foreman.
Anna was a huge sports fan, especially of Penn State, where she was a 50-year season ticket holder. She loved to travel all over the world.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Galen Sharp officiating.
A viewing will be held from 1:30 p.m. to the time of the service at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Belleville Lutheran Cemetery.
