MILLERSTOWN - Steven Dressler II, 31, of Millerstown, Perry County, is under investigation on charges of sexual assault, according to a report from Pennsylvania State Police Newport. The report states that Dressler faces numerous charges of sexual assault involving a juvenile under the age of 16, which occurred from Sept. to July. He is currently incarcerated in Camp Hill State Correctional Institution and will be arraigned at a later date, police said.
