MILROY - It hasn't been the best of times the last two days when it comes to rain at Armagh Memorial Field.
The Mifflin County Babe Ruth 14-year-olds have not played a game, while the 13-year-olds, who are playing in Altoona, are almost done with pool play.
Meanwhile, the 15-year-olds had the day off from the Williamsport tournament and will play today at 4 p.m. against West End, the host team.
The 15-year-old schedule has not changed for Mifflin County due to the weather. On Sunday it will play Wayne County at 10 a.m. and will finish pool play on Monday against Bensalem at 1 p.m.
There was a change in the Williamsport schedule due to the rain as the games that were supposed to be played today will now be played on Tuesday.
In Milroy, meanwhile, there have been only two games completed. Broomall-Newtown beat Perry County, 7-2, on Thursday and Franklin Township beat Blue Valley, 6-4 on Friday.
On Saturday, ChiChester takes on Bensalem at 2:30 p.m. and West End plays Franklin Township at 5:30 p.m. Mifflin County finally gets under way at 8 p.m. against Blue Valley.
Mifflin County's final two pool games also will be 8 p.m. starts as it plays on Sunday against Franklin Township and takes on West End for the nightcap on Monday.
The games orginally scheduled for Saturday are now on Sunday, and the Sunday games were moved to Monday.
The bracket portion of the tournaments are on schedule in Altoona (quarterfinals Monday) and Milroy (Tuesday), while the Williamsport bracket was pushed back a day to Wednesday. Altoona's bracket may not be determined until that day, however, as the final pool games will be played Monday morning.
