LEWISTOWN - A 20-year-old Lewistown pleaded guilty to numerous charges related to three sexual assaults Tuesday in the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas.
Mifflin County District Attorney Dave Molek said Zachary Davis pleaded guilty to similar charges in all three cases.
The most recent case filed in August 2011 at Magisterial District Judge Jack Miller's office stems from an alleged sexual relationship Davis had with a 14-year-old female.
According to court documents the juvenile told police she met Davis in December 2010 at the Underground Club in Lewistown.
Police said the club leaders noticed Davis was getting very friendly with the juvenile and he was told on several occasions to stay away from her because of her age.
Davis was eventually asked to leave the club and not return after ignoring the club leaders, police said.
The mother of the 14-year-old found out about Davis and sent him a text telling him to stay away from her daughter, court documents indicate.
The 14-year-old told police she met with Davis on two separate occasions at her residence in February and March to have sex, police said.
Davis was also charged in two other sexual assault cases. One involved a 12-year-old girl he allegedly assaulted on April 22, 2011 at Derry Township Community Park. The other case involved a 15-year-old girl who was allegedly assaulted on April 9, 2011 at her residence.
Davis remains incarcerated in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
