Police: Man ejected from vehicle

Officials claim alcohol may have been a factor

McVEYTOWN - Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown said an unidentified man was injured as a result of an accident Wednesday night on Ferguson Valley Road in Oliver Township.

Police said the man was traveling west at around 9:30 p.m. when the accident occurred. Emergency officials said the man hit a bank on the left side of the roadway and rolled his vehicle over. Officials also said the man was ejected from the vehicle, alcohol was possibly a factor in the crash and the man was believed to be from the area.

The man was transported to Lewistown Hospital via Fame EMS. McVeytown Fire Co., McVeytown EMS and East Derry Fire Co. assisted at the scene.
