LEWISTOWN - Ricky L. Rhodes Jr., 30, of U.S. Highway 522 North, Lewistown, died at 5:20 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012, after an automobile accident.
Born Jan. 21, 1982, in Lewistown, he was a son of Ricky L. Sr. and Lynn J. (Hopple) Rhodes, of U.S. Highway 522 North, Lewistown.
Also surviving are: a daughter, Madison M. Rhodes, at home; a sister, Kristy J. Rhodes, of Lewistown; maternal grandparents, Carl David and Donna (Kirk) Hopple, of Lewistown; a niece, MacKenzie Johnson; and a nephew, Dillon Rhodes.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jay and Dorothy (Renninger) Rhodes.
Employed in several local auto repair shops, he last worked for Stone Construction.
Ricky enjoyed riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, 61 Pine Glen Road, Lewistown, with Pastors Donald E. Peters Jr. and Howard Houtz officiating.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ricky's daughter, Madison Rhodes, 3613 U.S. Hwy 522 N, Lewistown, PA 17044.
