Tara E. Buck, of Baltimore, Md., (formerly of Mifflintown) and Brian Spence, of Arlington, Va., (formerly of Williamsburg, Va.) are engaged to be married in September 2013.
She is the daughter of Rick and Patricia Knouse, of Mifflintown. She is a 1994 graduate of Juniata High School and a 1998 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed as the special publications editor at The Daily Record in Baltimore.
He is the son of Thomas and Hollace Spence, of Williamsburg, Va. He is a 1992 graduate of Lafayette High School, a 1999 graduate of Christopher Newport University and a 2011 graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is employed as a graphics and media specialist manager at BAE Systems, working with the NATO Seasparrow Project Office in Crystal City, Va.
