LEWISTOWN - Shirley J. Kratzer, 81, formerly of Kish Apartments, died at 10:52 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Ohesson Manor.
Born June 20, 1930, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Howard Hendricks Sr. and Carrie Mae (Duck) Hendricks.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Kratzer, in 1990.
She is survived by: her son, Norman Kratzer and his wife, Cindi, of Lewistown; her brother, Howard Hendricks and his wife, Ruth Ann, of Lewistown; two grandsons, Eric Forsythe Sr. and Gregory Kratzer; and two great-grandsons, Eric Forsythe Jr. and Hunter Forsythe.
She was employed as a notary for more than 30 years. She also was a member of the Bethel AME Church and the Women of Lions Club.
