To the editor:
The Union Elementary Home and School Association would like to take this opportunity to thank the many businesses and individuals in the community who made our annual Spring Festival a success. Each donation was greatly appreciated. The students and their families enjoyed a fun night of games, food, bingo, and many prizes.
We would also like to thank the families, businesses, and other individuals who supported our school by purchasing raffle tickets. A special thank you to the faculty and staff for the extra help and support given to help make the Spring Festival possible.
All proceeds from the festival benefit the student body and are used for classroom enrichment, field trips, athletic equipment, assemblies, and other educational activities. Without the support of our generous sponsors these things would not be possible.
