The National Weather Service in State College has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Mifflin, Juniata and Snyder counties until 6:15 p.m. Thursday.
This storm is capable of producing golf ball-size hail and up to 70 mph winds, according to the National Weather Service. Residents are urged to take proper precautionary measures and use extreme caution if traveling on the roadways.
