MIFFLINTOWN - Pennsylvania State Police have arrested 39-year-old Brady V. Burdge on charges of rape and other related offenses.
According to court documents, the alleged victim, now 17 years old was repeatedly raped by Burdge over the course of the past 10 years.
Burdge was arraigned through Magisterial District Judge Barbara Lyter's office and placed in the Juniata County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
