MIFFLINTOWN - Palmer Lee Walter, 20, of Mifflintown, is listed in critical condition following an accident Tuesday evening.
Walter was flown to Hershey Medical Center at about 6 p.m. Tuesday, after sustaining major injuries in an ATV crash, Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown reports.
According to the report, Walter was riding a Kawasaki KXF450R ATV alone and was found between 5 and 6 p.m. in the area of Hower Gap Road, off Arch Rock Road in Fermanagh Township by family members. Walter was not wearing a helmet and the ATV also was badly damaged, the report states.
