THOMPSONTOWN - Katherine M. Weimer-Pannabaker, 82, of Thompsontown, entered into rest on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at her residence.
Katherine was born Dec. 4, 1929, in Monroe Township, Juniata County, a daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (Sweigart) Spade.
She was the wife of the late Frank Pannabaker and the former wife of the late Roland S. Weimer.

She retired from Richfield Shirt Factory and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Richfield. Katherine enjoyed baking, cooking, and sewing.
She is survived by: her three sons, David E. Weimer and his wife, Ann, of Richfield, C. Samuel Weimer and his wife, Norma, of McAlisterville, and Larry D. Weimer and his wife, Belinda, of Clarksville, Tenn.; six grandchildren and their spouses, Jamie and Greta Weimer, Jenifer and Charles "Chuck" Paige, Colin and Betty Weimer, Sharon and Phil Presley, Wendy and Jerome Love and Brian and Brandy Weimer; a sister, Edna Jones, of Middletown; a brother, Raymond Spade and his wife, Dora, of Liverpool; two sisters-in-law, Arlene Spade, of Richfield, and Jean Spade, of Mifflintown; ten great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Katherine was preceded by: five brothers, John, Kenneth, Arol, James and Charles Spade; and three sisters, Ida Portzline, Emma Minium and Maude Reynolds.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, at the George P. Garman Funeral Homes Inc., 9366 state Route 35, Mount Pleasant Mills, with her pastor, the Rev. Timothy Bingman, officiating.
Friends and family are invited to the viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Friday, at the funeral home.
Burial will be made in Faith Lutheran Church Cemetery, Richfield.
