LEWISTOWN - Evelyn Kephart, 70, of Lewistown, died Aug. 14, 2011.
Born June 19, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Glenn D. and Mildred (Phillips) Kephart.
Surviving are: children, Kirby Kephart, Ammon Haffly Jr., Stacy Whary and Deana Brittain; stepchildren, Larry Lee Street and Janelle Solt; sister, Betty Whary; brothers, Stanley, Glenn, Fred and Harry Kephart; and numerous grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: companion, Dean Gavin; two daughters, Penny Snook and Cheryl Walters; two grandchildren, Christopher Carr and Blake Solt; and a brother, Russell Kephart.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at the Salvation Army, Lewistown.
