Marie Cusick and Elijah Yearick are engaged to be married in the fall.
She is the daughter of Frederick and Lauren Cusick, of Lancaster. She is a television news reporter for WMHT, the PBS station in Albany, N.Y.
He is the son of Tim and Patty Yearick, of Reedsville. He is a project coordinator based in Albany for a statewide nonprofit organization, Parks & Trails New York.
