The 2012-13 schedule includes:
Sept. 20 - A Far Cry Chamber Orchestra of Boston. This groundbreaking group of 15 to 18 string musicians transcends the traditional boundaries of classical music, performing with the freedom and flexibility of a string quartet, but also with the power and beauty of an orchestra.
Oct. 22 - 42Five. This award-winning a cappella quintet takes the audience on a musical journey, covering familiar favorites from the '60s to the present. Their blended voices sound like an entire instrumental band, from trumpet to drums. Their songs are infused with humor and a style all their own.
March 25, 2013 - TAP. Matt Davenport's powerhouse show celebrates the artistry of dance from around the globe. With dazzling costumes and a soaring orchestral score, a cast of eight award-winning dancers and two singers travel over decades of styles, from Broadway and big band to world music and pop/rock. Included in this extravaganza are recreations of favorite Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly numbers, Broadway show-stoppers, smooth and sultry soft shoe, flamenco and Irish step.
April 22, 2013 - Daniel Rodriquez and Marla Kavanaugh. America's beloved tenor, Daniel Rodriquez, is the New York City policeman who helped bring the country an uplifting spirit of promise and hope with his stirring rendition of "God Bless America" after 9/11. Now a Broadway and opera star, he will be joined by his wife, Marla Kavanaugh, to tell the story of how they met, and include songs from the U.S., and from Marla's native New Zealand.
May 8, 2013 - Redhead Express. Five years ago, the nine-member Walker family and their chocolate lab left their Alaska home aboard an RV to travel across the country to share their love of family and music. The parents, Brett and Apryll, their four redheaded daughter and three young sons, will bring a variety of instruments and musical styles that cover country, bluegrass, Irish and gospel to entertain all ages. Nominated for Best Family Show, they have performed hundreds of shows and are in great demand.
Concert dates are subject to change, however, there are never cancellations due to weather.
