Kristen Reese, of State College, and Derek Wiser, of Belleville, are engaged to be married on Aug. 18 at the Zion Luthern Church in Boalsburg.
She is the daughter of Robert and Debra Reese, of State College. She is a 2002 graduate of State College High School and a 2006 graduate of Lycoming College. She is employed by Home Nursing Agency.
He is the son of Robert and Luann Baumgardner, of Belleville. He is a 2002 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 2007 graduate of Shippensburg University. He is employed as a corrections officer at SCI Smithfield and serves in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
