LEWISTOWN - Every time Pastor David Henderson has felt God's nudge, it has meant moving north.
The new assistant pastor of worship and youth at Calvary Bible Church in Lewistown, Henderson began his adult life as an electronics technician in his home state of Georgia.
About a decade ago, Henderson said, the youth pastor at his church approached him about leading worship for some church services, and he agreed.

Two years later, his worship music led him to a youth conference. There, he said, God called him to become a minister.
So Henderson moved north to Virginia to attend Liberty University, where he later earned a bachelor's degree in worship.
In September of 2011, Henderson felt God's push to move north again, this time to Calvary Bible in Lewistown.
His first few months in Lewistown have been a time of adapting to the church's traditions and discovering the congregation's needs, Henderson said.
"I believe my biggest goal is for the student to learn to make their faith their own," Henderson said.
Along with his other duties, he still sings and plays guitar, bass, drums and keyboard. His enthusiasm for music is evident by looking at his office walls. They are splattered with band posters, musical instruments, photos and more.
Though his life's focus is on ministry now, Henderson said he still uses his training in electronics - this time it's for musical instruments and church acoustics.
Henderson leads the 11 a.m. contemporary service at Calvary Bible Church, located at 100 Calvary Lane, Lewistown. For more information, call the church at 248-5409 or visit www.calvarybibleonline.org.
