CAMP HILL - Denise E. Seifert, 52, of Dillsburg, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, after a short but difficult battle with cancer.
She was born Aug. 14, 1959, in Lewistown, the daughter of Fred D. Lauver, of Henderson, Ky., and Shirley S. Naylor, of Shiremanstown.
Denise is also survived by: her husband, Stephen L. Seifert; and two brothers, Douglas B. Lauver, of Omaha, Neb., and Dane A. Lauver, of Mechanicsburg.
Denise was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, Mechanicsburg. She was the president of Seifert Woodcrafts Inc., Dillsburg. She also was a member of York, Harrisburg, and Pennsylvania Builders associations and Dillsburg Area Business Association. She was a dedicated puppy raiser with the Susquehanna Service Dogs.
A memorial service was held Monday, Jan. 30, 2012, at her church.
