LEWISTOWN - During a brief workshop session on Thursday, the Mifflin County Commissioners announced the following agenda items for their Feb. 2 business meeting:
Adoption of a proclamation recognizing February as American Heart Month with Women's Heart Day to be celebrated Feb. 3. The proclamation will also recognize Cardiac Rehabilitation Week, which has been designated for Feb. 12-18.
A purchase of service agreement for use, if needed, by Children & Youth Services with the Thomas Organization, LLC of Oil City.
An application for 2010 forced distribution of liquid fuels money from Oliver Township in the amount of $4,875.32.
