Paul L. and Etta Mae Spickler, of Lewistown, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married on July 15, 1961, at the Centre Union Church, Lewistown, by the Rev. Donald Fisher.
They celebrated their anniversary with a surprise party at the West Granville Fire Company with 55 guests.

They are the parents of Kim Hower with husband, Wayne, and Joshua Spickler with wife, Joy, both of Lewistown. They have four grandchildren.
He is retired from TC Daubert. He served for four years in the U.S. Army. She was a homemaker.
They are members of the Wesley Chapel Methodist Church.
They attribute the success of their marriage to faith, family and friends.
