Larry and Carol (Bigelow) Treaster celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 2, 2011.
They were married at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Belleville by Pastor John Stambaugh.
They celebrated their anniversary with a party and vow renewal hosted by their children: Natalie Pry, Scott Treaster, Joshua Treaster and Kathy Fisher, all of Lewistown.

They have eight grandchildren: Jim and Jill Pry, Kristin and Nathan Dobson, and Ashley and Nikki Fisher; and three great-grandchildren: Destiny Wileman, Dru and Jaxon Speece.
Larry retired from Standard Steel and served in the U.S. Navy. Carol works at Friendship Bookstore.
They attend Ellen Chapel Church.
They attribute the success of their marriage to both loving the Lord and having the Lord in the center of their marriage, respect for each other, communication, laughter, being there for each other and romance.
